The 5 Apps I can NOT Live Without

I'm a soloprenuer. Meaning that I run my business on my own. I don't always have a consistent team to collaborate and share my ideas with.

Other than my accountability partner, Tonae. HEY GIRL!

I would love to have an assistant, but I honestly don't think there is anyone out there that can keep up with me. So, a lot of MY time is spent working on my business. Which isn't a bad thing. Especially when I have these 5 apps to keep me consistent and organized.

Wix - I recently transitioned from Wordpress to Wix and I have been enjoying every bit of it.

*Side note*: If you're an up an coming blogger and are trying to decide which platform to start with, I'd suggest doing some research. It's all about personal preference and what your overall goal is. I have worked with 3 different platforms since I started blogging some years ago and each platform was perfect for where I was at in my blogging career at the time. Now that I am more experienced, Wix has really helped my brand to correlate more with that. I wanted my site to look more like a site and not just a blog and Wix has helped me to accomplish that.

Since I'm always thinking of random blog topics and always on the go, the Wix app allows me to post right from my phone. It also helps me to keep track of my daily analytics, notifies me when someone is on my site and when someone subscribes. How Perfect!

Boomerang - No. This isn't the app you think it is. It's funny because I've been looking for an app like this for awhile. I was always saying to myself, "I wish their was an app for me to schedule my emails". Until one day, my boyfriend suggested that I just google it. DUH. So after some much needed research, I discovered Boomerang. It is the holy grail for any soloprenuer out there who doesn't always remember or have time to send out the emails they've productively drafted up the night before.

Crowdfire - I came across this app when I was sending out messages to my new followers on Twitter. One of the people I reached out to had a automatic response back set up on her Twitter account and the message credited crowdfire. I was blown away and curious at the same time so I clicked on the link and the rest was history. Since then, I've been using the app to send out links of my older posts to all my social media accounts with just one click. Because I've been blogging for quite sometime now, I have a bunch of old content that still a good read. So, I make sure that my older posts get as much love as my newer posts do.

Google Calendar - I saved the most important app for last. This app really holds all of my appointments, consultations, events, photo shoots and everything else that I do. If it isn't in my calendar, I don't know anything about it. So, as soon as I get word of an event, photo shoot or client consultation, even if it isn't confirmed, I add it into my calendar just to block out the time. And of course, once the day and time is confirmed, I then add the people involved and the app automatically sends them a notification. It's so easy to use.

Also, if you're not a soloprenuer and have an actual team, your team can also download the app and will have the ability to see your calendar as well. That way, you and your team can be on the same page at all times. They'll be able to know when the next meeting is or when your next photo shoot is.

Okay guys, so that is my list of the 5 apps I used to keep me on track. There are so many different apps out there that do different things but, these are my all time favorites. I'm sure you've heard of these but if not, now you have. So, download them and get your life!

Don't ever say I didn't tell you anything.
